MAHLE Thermal and Filter Systems US is seeking an Operations Trainer to deliver structured, hands-on training aligned with the DOJO curriculum for new hires at our Murfreesboro, TN plant.

You will demonstrate standard operating procedures, tool usage, and safety protocols while mentoring trainees toward proficient performance and adherence to standard work.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering on-the-floor training in manufacturing.
• Strong communication when addressing groups (10-30 people).
• Attention to detail and ability to coach others to SOPs.

• Ensure floor readiness by tracking progress of each hire using the DOJO evaluation tools.
• Sign off on skills when consistently demonstrated to standard.

• Observe and assess trainee performance by watching for accuracy, pace, and safe behavior.
• Offer consistent and constructive feedback and tips to help the new hire understand the operations.
• Create a supportive learning space that encourages questions and fosters a positive attitude toward continuous learning and adaptability.
• Ensure floor readiness by tracking progress of each hire using the DOJO evaluation tools.

Preferred Qualifications:
