Responsibilities

• Rotating through Production, Scheduling, Logistics, Inventory, Purchasing, and Customer Service to learn operations.
• Developing and enforcing goals for the manufacturing site as a Plant Manager.
• Using Microsoft AX Dynamics ERP for production, scheduling, and inventory control.
• Participating in training modules across areas to learn business practices.
• Managing PPE and training on proper use.
