ClarkDietrich is seeking high-potential leaders for its Operations Management Trainee Program at the Dade City facility. The program trains candidates to assume Plant Supervisor or higher management positions, emphasizing safety, quality, production, scheduling and logistics.

A college degree or relevant management experience is required, with relocation possible under policy. The curriculum focuses on cross-functional operations, team leadership and a structured path through core departments.

Qualifications

• College degree in business or manufacturing related disciplines, or relevant management experience.
• Capacity to learn complex cross-functional business operations.
• Ability to organize and manage multiple projects.
• Analytical and collaborative personality.
• Excellent interpersonal and communications skills.
• Ability to work well in a team environment.
• The military equivalent will be recognized in lieu of education and/or experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee safety, quality, production, scheduling and logistics processes.
• Lead training and development within ClarkDietrich's Operations Management Trainee Program.
• Coordinate with Sales, HR, Purchasing, IT and Finance/Accounting to understand interdependencies.
• Develop leadership skills to progress toward Plant Supervisor or higher management roles.
• Support cross-functional collaboration and process improvements across the plant.
