Pick Your Part is launching a Plant Manager in Training program to develop future leaders for salvage yard operations across production, sales, inventory, safety, and admin. Trainees work closely with Plant Managers to learn regulatory compliance and operational leadership in markets like Mt.

Airy, Baltimore, and Edgewood. Through structured rotations, you will gain hands-on experience in financial oversight, team leadership, and continuous improvement of quality systems.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent work experience.
• Preferred 5+ years in the automotive industry.
• Ability to analyze data and prepare reports to support operations.

Responsibilities

• Train to oversee all departments for facility operations including production, sales, admin and distribution.
• Train to manage human resources by hiring, terminating, and reassigning personnel.
• Train to review financials for accuracy and budget alignment.
• Train to interact with customers to identify service improvements.
• Train to drive procedural changes for product handling and quality control.
