Job summary

National Safety Apparel, Inc. is seeking an Operations Management Trainee to provide comprehensive exposure to both office and hands-on manufacturing operations. This full-time position prepares the trainee for future leadership roles within the organization.

The ideal candidate has an Associate’s or Bachelor's degree and some experience in manufacturing, production, or ERP. Duties include entering customer orders into the ERP system and participating in hands-on manufacturing processes.

The environment is temperature-controlled with various benefits offered including medical, dental, and retirement savings plans.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of prior manufacturing, production, or ERP experience preferred.
• High Understanding of computer skills required.

Responsibilities

• Enter customer orders into the ERP system.
• Update raw material planning tool using ERP and Excel reports.
• Use planning tool to make purchasing decisions.
• Perform customer service tasks.
• Cutting, parts kitting, screen printing, sewing, and shipping/receiving.
