Responsibilities include managing a team, coordinating物流, and ensuring adherence to OSHA and company policies while maintaining strong customer communication and process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• 3+ years of related work experience.
• Strong MS Office skills.
• Experience in construction industry and building materials preferred.
• Distribution experience preferred.
• Able to lead, execute and delegate as needed, with strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Navigate operational demands while communicating internally and servicing customers and orders.
• Maintain inventory levels in the yard and manage damaged inventory; oversee cycle counts and P&L understanding.
• Lead daily activities of team; drive productivity, safety, quality, and job knowledge.
• Collaborate across departments to improve processes and performance plans.
• Ensure service levels and safety compliance throughout the process.
