The Dixon Group in Chestertown, MD is seeking a skilled Manufacturing Technician to operate, troubleshoot, and optimize CNC equipment in a production environment. You will support manufacturing by ensuring parts are produced accurately, efficiently, and to quality standards.

The ideal candidate will have prior manufacturing experience and a strong mechanical aptitude, with the ability to operate, troubleshoot, and optimize CNC equipment in a production environment. In this role, you will support manufacturing operations by ensuring parts are produced accurately, efficiently, and in accordance with quality standards. You will be responsible for monitoring machine performance, identifying and resolving machining issues, inspecting finished products, and maintaining a safe and productive work environment.
