Job summary

Morgan Stanley is seeking a Service Associate in West Palm Beach to provide operational support for the Market area, including document maintenance, money movement, trade support and approvals.

You will manage daily tasks, assist with special projects, support audit readiness, and coordinate with sales, risk, and Home Office partners. This role emphasizes accuracy, organization, and timely escalation of issues in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• Strong writing and client service skills.
• Detail oriented with superior organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Operational support: document maintenance and quality reviews.
• Oversee and distribute incoming/outgoing mail across the branch.
• Perform basic money movement tasks and approvals.
• Assist with processing trade adjustments and alerts.
• Execute delegated reports to meet service levels.
• Support audit readiness with ongoing monitoring and compliance.
• Assist special projects such as onboarding and admin tasks.
• Identify firm digital offerings and assist clients with remote tools.
• Coordinate with sales, risk, and Home Office partners; escalate issues as needed.
• Organize remediation projects and track progress.
