Responsibilities

• Manage documents with accuracy; perform quality reviews and electronic filing.
• Oversee incoming/outgoing mail and time stamp.
• Perform basic money movement tasks (deposits, checks, cash/ securities approvals).
• Assist with processing trade adjustments and operational alerts.
• Address service breaks and escalate as needed to management.
• Support audits and regulatory compliance through monitoring of accounts.
• Assist with special projects and provide queue support to sales, service, risk and Home Office partners.
