Job summary

Shamrock Foods Company in Phoenix, AZ is seeking an Operations Technology Specialist to support the Operations Department, ensuring all technology equipment is available and functioning at full capacity.

You will troubleshoot handheld devices remotely or on-site, maintain equipment inventories, process invoices, and maintain records to pass audits. Travel up to 15% and on-call duties are required for this role.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED with four years related experience and/or training.
• Some experience with technology support or sales a plus.
• Must be flexible and able to work evenings, weekends and holidays if needed.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot handheld devices and other equipment to ensure proper operation, remotely or on-site.
• Maintain inventory and supply of warehousing and delivery electronics.
• Order equipment to ensure adequate supply.
• Accurately manage associated invoices.
• Maintain records to monitor and track operations technology across the enterprise.
• Ensure compliance per the Foodservice Modernization Act and pass audits.
• Travel up to 15% of the time for divisional roll-outs and audits.
• Be available for on-call status and after-hours support as needed.
• Regular and reliable attendance; perform other duties as assigned.
