Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain or related field.
• 3+ years of related experience in supply chain or planning.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access and Outlook.
• Experience with Clarity or comparable purchasing software preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to work independently or in teams.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Ensures inventory availability through PO generation and exception-based adjustments.
• Manages and tracks inbound orders and lead times for assigned products/categories.
• Collaborates with centralized receiving to ensure timely inbound deliveries.
• Analyzes excess inventory and takes actions to reduce waste.
• Investigates sales fluctuations to address service failures with planning teams.
• Maintains inventory accuracy in coordination with inventory control.
• Aligns with business objectives for key supply chain metrics.
• Interacts with vendors to address inbound service issues and escalations.
