Responsibilities

• Direct daily operational activities of Transportation Department, including routing and delivery coordination.
• Review dispatch operations to identify training needs and operational improvements.
• Analyze costs to control expenditures and stay within budget.
• Collaborate with HR on interviewing, hiring, training and performance.
• Coordinate equipment maintenance in line with safety and DOT requirements.
