• 10+ years of hands-on technology leadership experience in financial services.
• Proven track record delivering cross-functional initiatives from concept to production.
• Experience managing onshore and offshore teams across software, data, and analytics.

Responsibilities

• Lead technology strategy for Blue Owl's Operations, including Investment & Investor Ops and Reporting.
• Define roadmaps, drive innovation, and ensure timely delivery of platforms and data capabilities.
• Oversee architecture standards, vendor management, and delivery governance.
• Partner with stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions.
• Build and mentor a high-performing technology team focused on AI-enabled capabilities.
