Blue Owl is seeking a Principal, Operations Technology Systems to lead technology strategy, development, and execution across our Operations organization, including Investor Operations, Investment Operations, and Reporting & Analytics.

This leader will partner closely with business stakeholders to define requirements, design and implement solutions, oversee testing, and manage the delivery of strategic technology initiatives.

Formación

• 10+ years in hands-on technology leadership roles in private equity, asset management, or finance.
• Proven track record delivering complex, regulated platforms from concept to production.
• Ability to manage onshore and offshore teams and multiple projects concurrently.

Responsabilidades

• Lead development of the operations technology roadmap and data capabilities.
• Oversee system implementations, integrations, and ongoing platform support.
• Manage global delivery plans, timelines, risks, and stakeholder communications.
• Partner with business leaders to translate requirements into tech solutions and analytics.
• Build and mentor a high-performing technology team, balancing innovation with risk.
