Confidential in Vance County, NC is seeking an Operations Technology Expert to keep critical systems running and support staff with hardware, software, and network issues. You will set up computers, POS, printers, and mobile devices, and troubleshoot connectivity to ensure smooth daily operations.

This full-time role offers hands-on training, room to grow, and a starting pay of $17+ per hour based on experience.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of IT, help desk, or tech support experience preferred.
• Comfortable with hardware, software, and basic networking.
• Patient, friendly, and strong at explaining tech in simple terms.
• Organized and dependable.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
