Job summary

Dauch Corporation seeks an Operation Technician to join its production team in Pennsylvania. You will follow procedures to process materials, operate plant equipment including forklifts, and ensure proper material storage across facilities.

You will report quality and safety concerns and adhere to company policies, safety, and Lean programs. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, with preferred experience in metal forming or driveline manufacturing, and the ability to work overtime on

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required or preferred.
• Experience in the P/M/manufacturing industry is preferred.
• Forklift driving experience is preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work overtime with short notice.

Responsibilities

• Follow instructions and procedures to complete daily production activities
• Adhere to safety requirements at all times
• Operate fork truck and other plant equipment
• Assure material is stored in correct locations throughout the facilities
• Report any quality, safety, or machinery concerns to the foreman / supervisor
• Assure company policies, procedures, requirements and resources are adhered to
• Comply and improve the companies Quality, Environmental, Safety, and Lean program
• Ability to pass required company training
