Job summary

Dauch Corporation is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support the plant through repair, replacement, and renewal of equipment and components. You will document activities, maintain the maintenance shop, and assist in PM tasks.

Qualifications include a High School Diploma or approved apprenticeship, and valid forklift and scissor lift licenses. Knowledge of LEAN tools and problem-solving approaches is desired. Safety and teamwork are essential in this fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum score of 70% on knowledge test (practical and written).
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid forklift license required (granted by employer).
• Valid articulated scissor lift license and Genie Boom required.

Responsibilities

• Follow health, safety and environmental practices and preventative measures.
• Perform electrical/robotics tasks: troubleshoot PLC programs and power distribution systems.
• Move, level, and prepare equipment for operation.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Complete required PMs and document results.
• Operate forklifts safely and maintain clean work areas.
