Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist in supporting standard facility KPI targets for safety, quality, sanitation and maintenance.
• Create and maintain daily dock schedules.
• Communicate with carriers regarding appointment setting and load status updates.
• Collaborate with Operations Supervisor to manage workload and WMS on the floor.
• Coordinate with inventory and on-site staff to resolve daily order issues.
• Interact with customers to communicate order changes and updates.
• Maintain Excel spreadsheets and reports.
• Perform other duties as required or assigned.

Warehouse Positions Pay Weekly

• Hourly Pay $21.50 per hour
• Schedule: Monday - Thursday 6:00am-4:00pm

Various warehouse fulfillment specialist roles at Ryder support distribution across the US.

Requirements

• 1 year of warehouse exp preferred
• Previous WMS experience preferred
• Working knowledge of Microsoft - Outlook, Excel & Teams

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1-2 years warehouse experience
• Intermediate knowledge of MS Office (Word and Excel) Working knowledge of WMS systems
• Forklift experience
• Equipment certification may be required, depending on location

Responsibilities

• Assist in supporting standard facility Key Performance Indicators (KPI) which consistently meet/exceed established goals in safety, quality, sanitation and maintenance
• Create and maintain daily dock schedules
• Communicate with carriers regarding setting appointments and upating load statuses
• Work closely with Operations Supervisor to ensure the work load is being distributed properly and evenly by managing WMS down to the floor
• Work closely with the inventory department and on-site personnel to resolve and problems with the day's orders
• Interact with the customer to communicate order changes and updates
• Maintain various Excel spreadsheets and reports
• Perform other duties as required or assigned
