Brightspeed is seeking an Operations Technician III to join our team. As an Operations Technician III, your responsibilities will include monitoring, maintaining, and managing networks; opening trouble tickets; repairing network element connectivity with field operations and other teams; leading equipment and facility repairs; and troubleshooting Ethernet routers and switches. You should be able to follow MOPs, anticipate issues, and proactively take corrective actions. Additionally, you will research technical issues through vendor documentation, understand telecom and network topology, and work independently in a NOC environment. Effective communication with peers, other NOC centers, off-net providers, and internal customers is essential, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office.
