Job summary

Williams is seeking an Operations Technician to maintain equipment and support pipeline operations. You will read/interprete drawings, monitor and service equipment, and analyze data to resolve technical issues while following all safety and maintenance procedures.

The role requires a high school diploma with 3+ years in operations or a related role, with an associate degree preferred. Travel between locations and overtime may be required; strong safety culture and document hygiene are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required with 3+ years as an operations technician or similar role.
• Associates or 2-year technical degree preferred with 2+ years in oil and gas operations.
• Must be able to read/interpret drawings and follow procedures and safety rules.

Responsibilities

• Performs tasks to safely maintain equipment and support pipeline operations, including reading/interpreting drawings and monitoring equipment.
• Responsible for data analysis and collaboration to solve technical or operational problems.
• Follows company policies and applies operating and maintenance procedures.
• Adheres to safety, environmental, and community protection requirements.
• Maintains knowledge of site/equipment permits and compliance.
• Completes reports, logs, and records of process operations and preventative maintenance.
