Job summary

Williams is seeking an Operations Technician to support pipeline operations and facility maintenance. The role includes reading and interpreting drawings, data analysis, and ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.

You will maintain records, perform preventative maintenance, and support after-hours shifts as needed. Required: HS Diploma/GED and 3+ years in operations tech; preferred: 2-year technical degree and 2+ years in oil & gas.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required, plus 3+ years as an operations technician.
• Preferred: Associate degree or 2-year technical degree and 2+ years in multifaceted operations in oil & gas.

Responsibilities

• Safely maintain equipment and support pipeline operations; read/interprete drawings.
• Analyze data and collaborate to resolve technical/operational problems.
• Follow all company policies and maintain operating and maintenance procedures.
• Adhere to safety requirements for facilities, equipment, and personnel.
• Maintain knowledge of site, permits, and compliance requirements.
• Complete reports and logs; record maintenance and process performance.
