Job summary

Williams is seeking an Operations Technician II or III to join our team. You will read drawings, support pipeline operations, and maintain facility equipment while analyzing data to resolve problems. Safety and compliance are priorities as you work across sites.

We expect a high school diploma or GED with 3+ years of related experience; an associate degree is preferred. The role involves after-hours shifts, potential overtime, and travel between Williams locations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required with 3+ years in an operations technician role.
• Associates degree preferred; multiple backgrounds considered.
• Experience with oil and gas operations and safety compliance is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Performs tasks to safely maintain equipment and support pipeline operations, including reading/interpreting drawings and supervising equipment.
• Analyzes data with teammates to resolve technical or operational problems.
• Follows company policies and operating and maintenance procedures.
• Learns requirements for safe and efficient operation of facilities and compliance.
• Maintains knowledge of site/equipment/permitting compliance.
• Completes reports/logs and performs preventative maintenance.
