Job summary

MSD is seeking an Operations Technician to support antigen production operations at our De Soto, Kansas site. You will drive completion of process work, sampling, and documentation while assisting with improvement initiatives.

The role requires strong GMP knowledge, attention to detail, and the ability to work with cross-functional teams. Shift is first, with occasional weekends; a high school diploma is required and a BSc is preferred for advancement.

Qualifications

• Requires High School Diploma; preferred BSc in a relevant scientific discipline with pharmaceutical manufacturing experience.
• Demonstrates knowledge of GMP and regulatory requirements.
• Proficient in documentation practices and quality systems.

Responsibilities

• Support antigen production operations from raw materials through final product.
• Follow safe operating procedures and use appropriate PPE.
• Maintain accurate process documentation and batch records.
• Provide training and coaching within the team.
• Ensure compliance with EHS, GMP and quality standards.
