Job summary

MSD is seeking a Production Technician for our Animal Health facility in Millsboro, DE. You will support manufacturing operations including filling, packaging, aseptic tasks, and equipment setup in a GMP environment.

Starting on day one, you will train to follow GMPs and SOPs, perform manual and automated operations, and keep detailed records. A high school diploma is required; ability to work a rotating day shift with overtime as needed is expected.

Qualifications

• Requires ability to read, perform basic math, and use a computer.
• Strong attention to detail and documentation skills are required.
• Ability to operate manufacturing equipment after training; good teamwork and communication in a GMP environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment through the production cycle.
• Assist with equipment setup, operation, and routine maintenance.
• Perform manual and automated operations, packaging, and labeling tasks.
• Maintain clean and compliant work areas and accurate records.
• Identify and report safety, environmental, and process deviations as appropriate.
