Operations Technician

Indianapolis, IN, United States | req29590 12‑hour nights; 07:00pm - 07:30am

What you will enjoy doing
  • Perform operational tasks that support coating, blasting, masking, plating, chamber operations, and other production processes in accordance with job instructions and standard operating procedures.
  • Visually inspect parts and materials throughout the process to identify defects, contamination, damage, or other non‑conforming conditions and take appropriate action.
  • Load, unload, and handle customer hardware and materials using equipment and tools while maintaining safety and quality standards.
  • Maintain equipment, workstations, and surrounding areas by performing routine cleaning, basic upkeep, and reporting equipment issues to leadership.
  • Document required production data, complete job routers or quality documentation, and escalate non‑conformances through the appropriate reporting process.
  • Support operational needs across departments and perform additional tasks or projects as assigned based on business priorities and production requirements.
