What you will enjoy doing

1. Operate complex process equipment in a plant according to training, process documents, and 5S standards.
2. Operate and maintain equipment that applies coating and/or plating for aerospace applications.
3. Assist maintenance in troubleshooting and correcting equipment malfunctions or repairs, and report faults to management and maintenance.
4. Inspect parts, use hand tools, and make minor adjustments to production equipment as needed.

What makes you great

1. Minimum High School Diploma or GED.
2. Ability to read, understand work instructions and technical specifications.
3. Ability to perform basic math operations in all units of measure.
4. Ability to pass physical requirements of the job.
5. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a technical role in manufacturing or aerospace environment.
6. Preferred: 5 years of experience in a similar role.
