Position: Operations Technician

Location: Indianapolis, IN, United States | req23422 | 2nd Shift (Monday - Friday) 3:00pm - 11:30pm

What you will do

• Operate complex process equipment according to training, process documents, and 5S standards.
• Operate and maintain equipment that applies coating and/or plating for aerospace applications.
• Assist maintenance with troubleshooting and repairing equipment malfunctions, reporting faults to management.
• Inspect parts, use hand tools, and make routine adjustments to production equipment as needed.

What makes you a great fit

For Level I (G9) Technician:

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to read, understand work instructions and technical specifications.
• Basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
• Must pass physical requirements for the role.

For Level II (G10) Technician:

• All Level I requirements plus a minimum of 3 years of experience in a technical role within manufacturing or aerospace.

For Level III (G11) Technician:

• All previous requirements plus at least 5 years of relevant experience.
