Job summary

Phillips Corporation seeks a Director of Business – Digital Systems to build and scale an enterprise-grade digital portfolio across CAD/CAM, MES, IIoT, cybersecurity, and AI/ML/AR/VR in the Federal space.

You will lead a high-performing team, shape go-to-market strategies, and collaborate with manufacturing leaders to deliver integrated, world-class digital transformations while driving recurring revenue.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of leadership experience in digital manufacturing or related fields.
• Deep fluency with CAD/CAM, MES, additive manufacturing software, and IIoT platforms.
• Strong knowledge of data analytics, AI/ML concepts, and cybersecurity in manufacturing.
• Proven ability to grow partnerships and drive recurring revenue in a B2B setting.

Responsibilities

• Lead and scale an enterprise-grade digital portfolio spanning CAD/CAM, MES, and IIoT offerings.
• Develop go-to-market strategies and manage strategic partner networks across DoD ecosystems.
• Engage manufacturing leaders on the shop floor to architect integrated digital transformations.
• Inspire and grow a high-performing team of partners and drive profitable, recurring revenue.
