Job summary

Gateway Services is hiring an Operational Team Member for our West Coast Pet Memorial in Sultan, WA. This on-site role offers a full-time schedule (Tue-Sat, 8:00 am–4:30 pm) with competitive hourly pay ($22–$24/hour DOE) and an industry-leading benefits package.

No previous industry experience is required; we provide comprehensive training. You will operate cremation equipment, process remains, and help create memorial products, contributing to compassionate aftercare for families and veterinary

• On-site role requiring physical presence and safety awareness.
• Ability to work as part of a team to meet production goals.

Responsibilities

• Operate cremation equipment following established procedures.
• Process and package cremated remains with accuracy and care.
• Create memorial products such as paw prints and keepsakes.
• Perform quality checks to ensure orders are completed correctly.
• Maintain a clean, safe and organized work environment.
• Work with teammates to meet daily production goals.
