Job summary

Gateway Services Inc. in Gilroy, CA is seeking an Operational Team Member for a full-time on-site role supporting pet aftercare services. You will operate cremation equipment, process remains with care, and help create memorial keepsakes. Training is provided, and a strong emphasis on accuracy, safety, and respect for grieving families guides daily work.

Responsibilities

• Operate cremation equipment following established procedures.
• Process and package cremated remains with accuracy and care.
• Create memorial products such as paw prints and keepsakes.
• Perform quality checks to ensure every order is completed correctly.
• Maintain a clean, safe and organized work environment.
• Work with teammates to meet daily production goals.
• Assist with deliveries/pick-ups when needed using a company vehicle.

Job description

Location: Animal Memorial Service- Gilroy, CA 95020

Compensation: $21-$25 per hour (DOE)

Schedule: Full-Time; Training is Mon-Fri 8am-4:30pm. Once trained Sun, Tues, Wed, Thurs, Fri 9am-5:30pm
