Gateway Services Inc. is seeking an Operational Team Member to support cremation operations at our St. Paul, Minnesota location. You will handle cremation equipment, process remains with care, and create memorial items while maintaining quality and safety standards.

The role offers full-time hours, on-site work, and a comprehensive benefits package. Training will be provided, with emphasis on accuracy and teamwork to meet daily production goals.

• Operate cremation equipment following established procedures.
• Process and package cremated remains with accuracy and care.
• Create memorial products such as paw prints and keepsakes.
• Perform quality checks to ensure every order is completed correctly.
• Maintain a clean, safe and organized work environment.
• Work with teammates to meet daily production goals.

Location: St. Paul, Minnesota

Compensation: $21.00–$23.00 per hour (DOE)

Schedule: Full-Time Monday - Friday 8 am - 4pm - Saturdays on call
