Gateway Services Inc. is seeking an on-site Operational Team Member in Conroe, TX to assist with cremation operations and packaging remains with care.

You will join a supportive team and perform quality checks, maintain a clean and safe workplace, and help meet daily production goals. No prior industry experience is required; we provide comprehensive training, opportunities for career development, and a benefits package including paid training and health-related programs.

Responsibilities

• Operate cremation equipment following established procedures.
• Process and package cremated remains with accuracy and care.

• Perform quality checks to ensure every order is correct.
