Gateway Services, the leading pet aftercare provider, is seeking an Operational Team Member in Houston. The role involves operating cremation equipment, processing and packaging cremated remains, and creating memorial products. You will contribute to accuracy, care, and attention to detail in a compassionate team setting.

No prior industry experience is required; we provide training. This full-time on-site role offers competitive hourly pay and an industry-leading benefits package to support you

Responsibilities

• Operate cremation equipment following established procedures.
• Process and package cremated remains with accuracy and care.
• Create memorial products such as paw prints and keepsakes.
• Perform quality checks to ensure every order is completed correctly.
• Maintain a clean, safe and organized work environment.
• Work with teammates to meet daily production goals.

Location: Fond Memories - Houston Haynes, TX

Compensation:$19.00–$21.00 per hour (DOE)

Schedule:Full-Time Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm
