Colgate-Palmolive Morristown, TN seeks an Operations Team Leader to drive frontline production and program execution. You will lead technicians, support AM/OPEX initiatives, and ensure safety, quality, and efficiency while delivering data-driven insights.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of supervision in manufacturing, with SAP and FP&R proficiency, GMP adherence, and strong leadership to guide teams toward career growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, supply chain management, or business-related field preferred.
• 2+ years supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong proficiency in SAP systems and FP&R standards.
• Proficiency with Google Suite applications.
• 1+ year of working knowledge of production and process equipment, preferably in a food, chemical or pharmaceutical processing environment.
• Ability to manage production activities, resource allocation, shift coordination, and schedule management to meet production goals.
• Adherence to GMP, QA, food safety, safety policies, and environmental health standards.

Responsabilités

• Direct and coordinate activities of Technicians in production to meet production goals.
• Drives operational excellence (OPEX) and continuous improvement, adhering to EHS and quality standards.
• Track KPIs; prepare plant performance reports; analyze inventory and yield variances.
• Lead Autonomous Maintenance (AM) on the floor and drive technical loss reductions.
• Coordinate with supervisors and facility leaders to ensure seamless workflow.
• Provide ongoing coaching to Technicians to build technical competencies.
• Coordinate training to meet business needs and resolve labor concerns.
• Ensure adherence to GMP, QA, and food safety standards and lead safety investigations.
