Job summary

Colgate-Palmolive’s Hill's Pet Nutrition facility in Bowling Green, Kentucky, seeks an Operations Team Leader to drive frontline production, coordinate technicians, and lead autonomous maintenance and OPEX initiatives to improve safety, quality, and efficiency.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field, 2+ years in manufacturing, and supervisory experience; SAP proficiency, strong communication, and leadership aligned with our values are highly preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field required.
• Minimum 2+ years as a supervisor in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience leading technicians and production teams is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate activities of technicians to meet production goals.
• Drive OPEX and continuous improvement; ensure EHS, GMP, QA standards.
• Track KPIs; prepare plant performance reports on yield and loss.
• Lead Autonomous Maintenance on the floor with action plans.
• Coordinate with supervisors to ensure seamless workflow across departments.
• Provide coaching to technicians to build skills and independence.
• Coordinate technical training and resolve labor concerns promptly.
• Maintain strict adherence to safety and quality practices.
