Job summary

Ingram Content Group is seeking an Operations Team Lead in Roseburg, OR to oversee daily workflow in the Operations department. This leadership role trains and directs hourly associates, serves as the contact for production systems issues, and ensures productivity and quality standards are met.

The position offers a competitive compensation package starting at $24.00 per hour with potential overtime, and benefits from day one.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year of experience with PC-based applications.
• 1 year work experience in a warehouse operations environment.
• 6 months' work experience which includes walking, standing, lifting/carrying, pushing/pulling, gripping/grasping, bending, squatting/kneeling, twisting/turning, climbing, crawling, reaching above shoulders, typing/keyboard.

Responsibilities

• Trains and develops hourly associates.
• Acts as the department contact for all production systems issues and questions.
• Provides direction and leadership to associates.
• Identifies, communicates, and ensures all quality and productivity standards are met within the department.
• Research issues, problems, or concerns and recommends solutions.
• Meets customer requests, deadlines, commitments, and quality standards in a timely manner.
• Plans and coordinates work activities, overseeing hourly associates to ensure efficient completion of tasks.
• Coordinates with other departments on workflow activities.
• Assist in administering policy and payroll activities.
