Ingram Content Group in Chambersburg, PA is seeking an Operations Team Lead to oversee the Manufacturing team. You will supervise daily workflows, guide hourly associates, and act as a key liaison in the absence of the supervisor.

This role emphasizes safety, process improvements, and collaboration across departments. Starting pay $24.50 per hour, with a schedule for D Shift, and benefits from day one, including medical, retirement options, and education reimbursement.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year experience with PC based applications.
• 1 year work experience in a warehouse operations environment.
• 6 months' work experience which includes walking, standing, lifting/carrying, pushing/pulling, gripping/grasping, bending, squatting/kneeling, twisting/turning, climbing, crawling, reaching above shoulders, typing/keyboard.

Responsibilities

• Trains and develops hourly associates.
• Acts as the department contact for all production systems issues and questions.
• Provides direction and leadership to associates.
• Identifies, communicates, and ensures all quality and productivity standards are met within the department.
• Research issues, problems, or concerns and recommends solutions.
• Meets customer requests, deadlines, commitments, and quality standards in a timely manner.
• Plans and coordinates work activities, overseeing hourly associates to ensure efficient completion of tasks.
• Coordinates with other departments on workflow activities.
• Assist in administering policy and payroll activities.
