Job summary

Cleveland-Cliffs Tek and Kote in New Carlisle, IN seeks a Process Manager to lead a team of about 20 Operators, driving continuous improvement and ensuring safety. This role focuses on coaching, coordinating tasks, and maintaining high operational standards in a 24/7 plant environment.

You will work to improve processes, track metrics, and collaborate with union representatives while ensuring compliance with safety and environmental guidelines. Strong CMMS and MS Office skills are required.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in manufacturing and team supervision.
• Ability to communicate across all levels of the organization.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and CMMS.
• Authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.

Responsibilities

• Serve as performance coach and technical advisor to self-directed operations teams.
• Lead a group of approximately 20 Operators and drive continuous improvement.
• Ensure safety compliance and address unsafe conditions promptly.
• Coordinate cross-functional tasks to achieve operational targets.
• Track team metrics and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Collaborate with union representatives and participate in project teams.
