Job summary

Cleveland-Cliffs New Carlisle facility in Indiana seeks a Process Manager Maintenance to lead maintenance activities, drive continuous improvement and ensure safety compliance in a 24/7 operation producing steel coils.

You will coach self-directed teams, manage budgets, coordinate cross-functionally, and build a culture of safety, environmental stewardship, and reliability.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in manufacturing.
• Solid analytical ability and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication across all levels of the organization.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, including Excel.
• CMMS experience preferred.
• Authorized to work in the United States full-time.

Responsibilities

• Serve as performance coach and technical advisor to self-directed maintenance teams.
• Prioritize, align, and coordinate maintenance tasks to manage budget.
• Facilitate maintenance planning, scheduling, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
• Coach team members on safety, attendance, and work rules.
