Job summary

GE Vernova is seeking an Operations Workstream Leader for its PDE team to manage administrative processes, project scheduling, and continuous improvement for Gas Turbine accessory systems. You will leverage Lean methodologies and data analysis to oversee KPIs, mentor the team, and ensure on-time CAD/BOM package delivery.

You will collaborate across engineering functions to drive operational efficiency, lead problem-solving reviews, and support development of a reliable, modernized power

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science Degree in Engineering, a STEM major or Technical Associates degree.
• 4+ years of relevant Engineering and/or Product Definition (CAD) experience; higher level degrees with experience may substitute.
• On-site work in Greenville, SC; must be authorized to work in the USA without sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Drive OTD and Say / Do accountability across workstream.
• Establish daily MGMT of tasks in cell structure, mentoring Cell Leaders.
• Collaborates with others to solve issues and interfaces with customers when needed.
• Resolves issues using established procedures and consults senior team members for complex cases.
