Job summary

Colgate-Palmolive seeks a Team Leader for our Sanford, Maine manufacturing site. You will coach Technicians, lead Autonomous Maintenance, and ensure peak efficiency while upholding safety and quality standards.

You will drive Operational Excellence, lead training, manage shifts, and supervise inventory and SAP data to support financial reporting. This on-site role requires flexibility for nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s of Science is required.
• Strong leadership and supervisory skills in manufacturing.
• Experience with SAP daily consumption posting is a plus.
• Proficient with FP&R standards and Google Suite.

Responsibilities

• Coach Technicians and lead Autonomous Maintenance (AM) on the floor.
• Drive Operational Excellence and adherence to EHS, Quality, and efficiency standards.
• Identify and implement process improvements by tracking KPIs and variances.
• Lead safety investigations and corrective actions in line with GMP and Food Safety.
• Coordinate technical training and workforce development to meet evolving needs.
• Manage shift rotations, crewing, and daily attendance for permanent and temporary staff.
• Oversee production flow and scheduling to meet goals.
• Own physical inventory counts and assist monthly financial close.
• Maintain data integrity in SAP and ensure production orders are completed.
