Job summary

Health Connect America, Inc. is looking for an Operations Hiring Specialist to manage the interview and hiring process for the operations team.

You will work with hiring managers and the Talent Acquisition group to identify qualified candidates, conduct structured interviews, and make hiring decisions aligned with organizational goals. You will analyze workforce data to forecast staffing needs and ensure timely completion of hiring documentation and onboarding planning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• Experience in recruitment or direct hiring for roles such as Family-Centered Treatment Specialists, Mental Health Therapists, or Family Development Specialists is strongly preferred.
• Familiarity with licensing, credentialing, and requisite qualifications for clinical and non-clinical behavioral health roles is essential.
• Experience in fast-paced, high-volume hiring, particularly for community-based roles, is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage the interview and hiring process for the operations team.
• Conduct interviews for operations positions with a structured, fair process.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define staffing needs and candidate qualifications.
• Analyze workforce data and forecast staffing needs with leadership.
• Document interviewer feedback to support hiring decisions.
• Coordinate with Talent Acquisition to align postings, recruitment efforts, and timelines.
• Ensure hiring policies, procedures, and onboarding processes are followed.
• Support diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives in recruitment.
