Job summary

Sonny's is seeking an Operations Systems & Knowledge Manager to capture and organize restaurant operations knowledge, build scalable tools, and serve as the operations voice across the business. You will own governance, design templates, and maintain systems tied to menu, recipes, and P&L aids.

You will partner with marketing, chefs, and IT to ensure data accuracy and usable content, while maintaining knowledge systems that scale with multi-unit operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or related field.
• Experience building documentation, tools, or knowledge systems from scratch.
• Comfort representing a function cross-functionally with marketing or creative teams.
• Hands-on restaurant or multi-unit operations experience preferred.
• Culinary or food-knowledge exposure preferred.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Capture how our restaurants run by pulling knowledge from people and processes.
• Inventory, clean up, and consolidate content to a trusted source of truth; design taxonomy and templates.
• Establish governance: assign owners and review cadence to keep content current.
• Build decision guides to diagnose problems to causes and fixes.
• Create daily operations and money/cost tools (line checks, logs, handoffs, P&L aids).
• Define owner and cadence per tool to prevent staleness.
• Maintain back-office database with menu item links and recipe updates.
• Keep recipes, menus, and operations data accurate and organized.
• Partner with Director and IT on operational systems and data accuracy.
• Own operations relationship with marketing and act as on-site operations presence for shoots.
• Represent operations in cross-functional work to reflect reality.
• Collaborate with chef to capture recipes and knowledge.
