Sonny's Franchise Company seeks an Operations Systems & Knowledge Manager to capture and organize restaurant operations into scalable, usable systems. This role builds governance, tools, and back-office processes while representing operations to marketing and on-set teams.

The position emphasizes cross-functional collaboration with culinary teams to ensure accurate recipes and knowledge are reflected in tools and content. Strong documentation and hands-on restaurant experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Sonny's brand and restaurant operations.
• Systems thinker who can structure messy information and build new tools.
• Hands-on restaurant or multi-unit operations experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Capture how our restaurants run and consolidate content into a trusted source.
• Build decision guides and daily operations/money/cost tools for managers.
• Maintain back-office database with menu items and recipes; ensure accuracy.
• Own operations relationship with marketing and be the on-site operations presence for shoots.
• Collaborate with chef and culinary team to capture recipes and food knowledge.
