Job summary

Prestige Land is seeking an Operations Support Coordinator in Charlotte, NC to help deploy Bid2Win and other systems company-wide. You will coordinate rollout activities, train staff, and drive user engagement across operations teams.

The role requires 2+ years in operations support, strong communication and organizational skills, and experience with construction software or ERP systems. On-site role with opportunities for process improvements and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Associate degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years in operations support, project coordination, training, or related roles.
• Experience supporting software implementations and end-user training.
• Experience with Bid2Win or similar construction software a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist with deployment and rollout of Bid2Win and related platforms.
• Coordinate implementation activities, timelines, communications, and user readiness.
• Develop training materials and conduct user training sessions.
• Support data integrity and monitor adoption and performance metrics.
