Job summary

Prestige Land in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Project Manager to oversee contract administration, cost control, and safety on construction sites. You will interpret designs, manage submittals, RFIs, and change orders, and coordinate with owners, engineers, and subcontractors to keep projects on time and within budget.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field and has 3+ years of PM experience in site development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of PM experience in construction.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project tracking tools.
• Ability to interpret blueprints and contracts.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; OT/weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Oversee contract administration, cost control, and schedule.
• Prepare submittals, RFIs, and change orders.
• Coordinate with owners, engineers, subcontractors, and field teams.
• Ensure safety compliance and site inspections.
• Track costs and report project status.
