DYCD Youth Services, encompassing programs such as BEACON, COMPASS , CORNERSTONE, RHY, SNL, and CACFP programming, seeks to support community-based organizations high quality after school services through funding, monitoring, coaching, capacity, evaluation and advocacy.
DYCD Youth Services is seeking an Operations System and Data Specialist to join the Youth Services Operations Team. The Youth Services Operations Team offers specialized support and guidance to the entire Youth Services initiative with facility set-up and licensing, policy development, contract compliance and performance, data analysis and interpretation, unit operations and efficiencies, system overview and enhancements, and communication to contracted providers.
The Operations Systems and Data Specialist will collaborate with internal teams and external partners to support reporting, analytics, and continuous improvement initiatives, with a strong focus on data quality, system optimization, and operational efficiencies.
This role will report to the Deputy Director of Financial and Information Management Systems within the Youth Services Operations Unit. Key Tasks include:
