Scope: The Operations Support Specialist Team Lead role ensures business procedures are executed effectively and efficiently, contributing to the company's overall growth. They routinely interact with the Operations Support Specialists in various capacities including QA system config, workflow guidance, and supplemental support (as needed). They also provide Administrative Support to the Vendor Management Team.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Meet regularly with Operations Support Specialists to train, answer questions, and foster career growth.
Assist with other miscellaneous projects and tasks.
Provide Vendor administrative assistance.
Work Environment / Physical Demands: This position is in a typical office/home office environment requiring prolonged sitting in front of a computer. It requires hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity sufficient to operate standard office equipment, including computers and phones. This is a remote position.
The starting rate of pay is $22.00 - $24.00 per hour.
