Job description

This position is 100% remote and requires approximately 70% travel domestically across the USA.

Position Responsibilities:
  1. Lead or actively participate in the development and deployment of Martin Brower Standard Operating Procedures and systems.
  2. Support and coordinate the integration and training of J.D. Edwards, Paragon, Manhattan Warehouse Management System, Koerber Warehouse Management System, and Business Intelligence Reporting.
  3. Include process mapping from current to future state, identifying gaps and benefits.
  4. Support the development and deployment of change management plans and materials.
  5. Deliver change management materials and interact with end users.
  6. Provide user training and support during information technology systems implementation.
  7. Travel may be up to 70%, including extended international assignments.
  8. Perform other duties as assigned.
Required Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor’s Degree with 5+ years of related experience OR a High School Diploma/General Education Diploma with 8+ years of specific experience.
Preferred Education and Experience:
  • Master’s Degree / MBA.
