Job summary

Diamonds Direct is seeking an Operations Support role to assist with daily business functions, including inventory management and order processing. You will work with front-of-house and back-of-house teams to ensure operational efficiency and exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities include tracking inventory, coordinating shipments, maintaining records, and supporting process improvements across teams. The position offers a pay range of $19.00–$22.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• Experience in inventory control and stock replenishment.
• Familiarity with order processing workflows.
• Ability to coordinate shipments and tracking.
• Strong administrative and data entry skills.

Responsibilities

• Support inventory tracking, restocking, and product movement
• Assist with order processing, packaging, and fulfillment
• Coordinate with shipping and logistics teams
• Maintain accurate records and update internal systems
• Help prepare merchandise for store displays or client appointments
• Ensure adherence to brand standards and procedures
• Provide Administrative and operational support to internal teams
• Support project coordination efforts and contribute to process improvement initiatives
